• Diploma in Ayurveda with 5 years experience in BSAM /BAMS. OR 
• Ayurveda Visharad. OR 
• Dispensary or 3 years in Hospital.

• Degree of Basic BSc or Post Basic BSc (Nursing) from an institution recognized by Indian Nursing Council. OR
• Diploma course in General Nursing and Midwifery from an institution recognized by Indian Nursing Council or Gujarat Nursing Council. AND
• Post Basic Diploma Course in Nurse Practitioner Midwifery from an Institution Approved by Indian Nursing Council.
• Computer course done from a recognized institute.

• Bachelor in any subject and Diploma in Computer Application or Certificate Course.
• 3 to 5 years experience of MIS system.

12 passes as well as 5 years experience in class-4

Passed at least 4th standard, English proficient preferred
